QUALITY ASSURANCE
FAAC Entrance Solutions has a robust Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO 9001. Our people and processes comply fully with statutory, legal and company requirements and the company promotes a strong QHSE culture, understanding that it is a crucial aspect of any highly-functioning business. We are committed to the highest standards of customer care and all systems and procedures governing our activities are set out in our company Quality Assurance Manual and Policy.
HEALTH & SAFETY
In accordance and compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act, 1974, FAAC Entrance Solutions has a detailed Health and Safety Policy and safety management systems. Our company takes a proactive approach to Health and Safety through a range of training resource and material, and has an excellent safety record.
ENVIRONMENT
FAAC Entrance Solutions is committed to achieving environmental best practice and sustainability throughout all our activities, with all details set in our Environment and Sustainability Policy. We also provide Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) for numerous products, which can be used for BREEAM and LEED calculation and assessment purposes.

Safety is a choice we make
FAAC Entrance Solutions maintenance and installation technicians work in company issued PPE which meets all EN, BS and ISO standards. Regardless of how long they have been in the organisation, engineers are fully trained, periodically refreshed and upskilled on how to use all tools and equipment. Safety on site is a priority, our engineers will only carry out work once the area has been made safe to all premise occupants, the general public, and themselves.
BS EN 16005 is the European Standard that sets out the code of practice in use of automatic doors for pedestrian use. As well as all of our Engineers being approved certified technicians by the Automatic Door Suppliers Association, we take enormous pride on having many of our internal staff also be Standards Authorised. We believe that fully understanding and taking ownership of all safety factors starts at specification, and remains our top priority throughout the quoting, installation and servicing stages.
